Stop learning prompts.
Start thinking about AI.
Your company is rolling out AI. Your team is looking to you. This programme gives you a way of thinking about AI, and the confidence to lead your team through it, without needing to be technical.

Your company has an AI strategy.
You just don't know where you fit.
There's a gap between the AI strategy being handed down from above, and what you're actually supposed to do with your team on Monday morning. Most AI training tries to fill that gap with tools and prompts. They go stale in six months, and still don't tell you how to lead.
What you actually need is a way of thinking about AI that works regardless of which tool your company rolls out next. And enough confidence to lead a real conversation with your team. Not just forwarding a link from the AI team.
Two ways to approach this
Most AI training takes the first path. This programme takes the second.
The 4R Method
12 weeks. Four phases. Each one builds on the last.
-
ReframeWeeks 1–3
Build the mental model. What AI actually is and isn't. Cut through the fear, the hype, and the noise, and replace it with something you can actually use.
-
RethinkWeeks 4–6
Look at your role, your team, and your processes differently. Where does AI change what you actually do? Where doesn't it? What would you do first?
-
RedesignWeeks 7–9
Map your data, find the leverage points, and redesign one real process. The systems thinking part: what makes this useful regardless of which tools come next.
-
RepresentWeeks 10–12
Build, practise, and deliver a 60–90 minute AI workshop to your own team. Not a deck, not a demo: a structured conversation that actually moves things forward.
What you'll be able to do
By the end of week 12:
- Run a structured AI conversation with your team, without winging it
- Know which AI tools are worth your attention, and which aren't
- Map your team's processes and identify where AI actually helps
- Handle the "but what about our data?" question with confidence
- Talk about AI risk and governance in plain language. No legal or engineering degree required.
- Deliver a real AI workshop to your own team, and know what to do next
Who this is for
This is for you if…
- You manage a team of 5–50 people in a mid-to-large organisation
- Your company is rolling out AI and you're expected to do something with it
- You're not technical, and you don't need to be
- You want a structured approach, not a list of tools to try
This isn't for you if…
- You're an AI specialist or engineer wanting to go deeper on models
- You're an executive writing company AI strategy from the top down
- You're looking for a passive course to watch at 1.5× speed
- You're not willing to apply this to your real team and real work
"Most AI training teaches you tools. I'm trying to teach you how to think."
I've led tech teams and AI adoption inside large organisations. I've seen what happens when a company announces an AI strategy and then leaves their managers to figure out what to do with it, which is usually nothing, because no one showed them how.
The Manager's AI Playbook is built from the other side of that gap. Not theory. Not a tool list. A real method for non-technical managers who are expected to lead, and who deserve something better than a prompt library and a lunch-and-learn.
Cohort 1 is capped at 10 people. I'll work closely with each member, and use what I learn to build something better for Cohort 2.

Common questions
I'm not technical at all. Is this still for me?
Yes. This programme is built specifically for non-technical managers. You don't need to understand how AI works under the hood. You need to understand how to think about it, how to talk about it with your team, and how to apply it to your real work. That's exactly what the 4R Method teaches.
What does "hybrid" mean in practice?
Pre-recorded modules you work through at your own pace, plus live sessions with Ben and your cohort where you apply what you've learned, ask questions, and get direct feedback. The live sessions are where most of the real learning happens.
Why only 10 spots?
Cohort 1 is deliberately small. I work closely with each person, document every workshop delivery, and use the experience to make Cohort 2 better. The founding price reflects that: you get more direct access, and you help shape what comes next.
What's the AI Readiness Assessment?
A free diagnostic that maps your biggest gap across the four phases: Reframe, Rethink, Redesign, Represent. It takes about 10 minutes and shows you exactly where you are and where to start. You don't need to enrol to take it.
When does Cohort 1 start?
Enrol now and you'll receive full details on the start date, live session schedule, and onboarding, all via email.

Your team is ready when you are.
If you're managing a team that's expected to work with AI, this is the fastest path from uncertain to capable, with a method that works regardless of which tools come next.
